Open Stretch And Strength Classes
This class stretches the tight muscles while strengthening the weak.
It is known to help with sleep, lower back and knee pain and can ease anxiety.
Open to the public. ($30 drop in)
6:00 pm - 7:oo pm
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
This session straightens out the back, the shoulders, and the head and neck position.
It tones and tightens legs, hips and core.
All four sides of the body are brought back into balance using specific exercises.
There is also some focus on the hands and feet.
Getting back into the swing of things means getting your joints functioning together again.
Moving from isolation to integration type exercises allows for more dynamic and challenging type exercises.
The goal is to bring back FUNCTION to all related joints while strengthening the core.
