Josette is a former professional dancer with 18 years of personal training experience and 12 years holistic lifestyle coaching. She teaches that there is a ‘less is more’ approach to developing SAFE, EFFECTIVE AND FUN exercise programs which can bring people back each week. Josette has started presenting her creative program designs to trainers, instructors, and fitness enthusiasts just like you!
